Going on a creative scrapbooking retreat is one of the ways that I take care of myself. Spending time with friends and laughing and resting is self care. I have to do this regularly.
We visited the Good Shepherd Retreat Centre recently for a scrapbooking retreat. It was a joyful time of relaxing, scrapbooking, afternoon snoozes and saying hello to spring.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE Good Shepherd ... this was a gorgeous and much needed retreat from the world and I was happy to get some time to catch up and get my scrapbook groove back on!
