Harold Porter Botanical Gardens

Penguins at Stony Point

During our recent visit to Betty's Bay in the Cape, Linda took us to Stony Point penguin colony in the Kogelberg Nature Reserve.  It was lovely day out in the fresh air and sunshine. 

Gabrielskloof Wine Estate

The Scrap Addicts group has been scrapbooking together since 1998 - 20 years!  Lynn, Leonie and I recently flew down to Cape Town to spend time with Linda and Lynette; it was awesome to have the whole group together again.


Leonie celebrated a milestone birthday in March so the we went to Gabrielskloof Wine estate for lunch. 

Meet little Pepe, who is blind but manages just fine.  The staff may not move any furniture around because he remembers where everything was before he became blind, so he moves around happily and doesn't bump into anything.  So awesome!

Most of us are not big wine drinkers so we gave Linda all our leftover wine to finish.  She didn't finish the wine..
