Our winter weather has been so warm, that I've actually put my walking shoes on again and I'm moving a bit more and eating a bit better. Nothing huge, just some extra fruit and trying a few new veggies. I don't like veggies, so this is progress for me. It's a bit too dark to walk outdoors when I get home during the week, so I've hauled out my rebounder (mini trampoline) and we're getting to know each other again.
