I've been offline for a while, because Google will no longer allow me to add any photos to my blog posts without buying additional storage space. This limitation has resulted in a re-think about blogging and my blog location.
I'm not keen to give my credit card details to Google, so I've been researching some alternatives. I'm liking what I see over at Typepad; it's not a free site but it does seem to be a whole lot more professional that blogspot. I'll let you know what happens in the new year.

Alison. I have been with blogger for eight years and literaloy upload hundreds even thousands of photos onto my blog and have never paid a cent. I have over 400 Followers who visit ne regularly and I also follow their blogs and none of thrm pays to upload photos. This is first I hear of google charging. Something is definitely wrong on your side. Hope you can sort it out.

ReplyDeleteI am with Desire...I have also been on blogger for years and have uploaded many many photos...and never paid anything. Blogger is just so much more user friendly than what Typepad is. I hope you get the problem resolved.
