My sister, Caron and I spent Sunday at the Magalies Mountain Lodge Spa, out near Hartebeespoort dam. The lodge is in a very pretty area, but I wouldn't recommend the place. The food was awful and the spa was ok, I was just happy to spend time with my sister. The winter aloes at the lodge are awesome and all along the road, the aloes are so abundant that it looks like they have been deliberately planted there! The drive was lovely, the company was great.
Hey my friend, Glad you got to spend time with Caron. Sorry to hear that the Spa wasn't wonderful however I am sure the company made up for it.
